2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer in our webshop and to every agreement concluded through join-the-pipe.org. Before you place an order, these terms are made available on this page. Business (B2B) quotations may contain deviating conditions; in that case the quotation prevails.
3. Prices and payment
Prices for consumers include VAT. Obvious errors in prices or product information do not bind us. Payment takes place through the payment methods offered at checkout. We may verify or refuse orders that show signs of fraud.
4. Delivery
We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you and refund any payment for that item.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the products. We refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal (we may wait until we have received the products back or proof of return shipment). Return shipping is arranged as described in our refund policy.
Excluded from withdrawal: products made to your specification, such as bottles printed with your own logo or design that you have approved, and sealed hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed.
To withdraw, e-mail sales.nl@jointhepipe.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form below. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without delay.
Model withdrawal form — To JOIN THE PIPE B.V., Danzigerbocht 45-F, 1013 AM Amsterdam, info@jointhepipe.com: I/we hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [description] — ordered on [date] / received on [date] — name and address of consumer — signature (only if this form is notified on paper) — date.
On top of this statutory right, we offer the 30-day return policy described in our refund policy.
6. Conformity and warranty
We guarantee that products conform to the agreement (legal guarantee of conformity). If a product is defective or not as agreed, contact us at info@jointhepipe.com and we will repair, replace or refund as required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to info@jointhepipe.com. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, the dispute can be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including our liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. For business customers, our liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant order.
9. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement concluded through this webshop. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
