Water bottle filling stations for conference centres and venues
A conference centre runs on water. Delegates arrive dehydrated, sessions run long, and the standard answer — pallets of single-use bottles in every room — costs money, takes storage and leaves a floor full of half-empty plastic.
A filling station solves it in one move: mains water, on tap, where people already stand. Join the Pipe designs and manufactures them in Amsterdam. Buy them for a permanent installation, or rent them for a single event, anywhere in Europe.
Refill stations for conference centres
Place them where the queues already form: the registration desk, outside the main auditorium, in the break-out corridor and next to catering. Indoor models that fit a venue:
- Hall Tap — freestanding, the standard for halls.
- Lobby Tap — entrance and registration.
- Bar Tap — built into a counter, for catering points.
- Wall Tap Indoor — wall-mounted, takes no floor space.
- Mall Tap and Pantry Tap — for concourses and back-of-house.
Water can be filtered, chilled or sparkling. Add your venue logo by sticker or engraved signing.
Hydration stations for trade fairs and exhibitions
On a fair floor, water is the reason people stop at your stand. The Mobile Tap rolls to any spot without a nearby connection; the Water Bar doubles as a branded activation point; the Signing Water Bar carries your artwork across the whole unit. Bottle racks come free with a bottle order.
Pair the station with printed reusable bottles and every visitor leaves with something they will actually keep using.
Hydration station rental across Europe
Not every venue needs to own one. Our event units — Hall Tap, Bar Tap, Mobile Tap, Water Bar and Signing Water Bar — are available to rent per day, anywhere in Europe.
Rental is quoted per day and excludes VAT, water, transport and installation. Travel and build days are charged separately and a deposit applies. Cooling, CO² for sparkling water and filters can be added — mention it in your request. Every other model in the range is for purchase; leasing is available through our leasing partner.
Tell us the venue, the dates, the expected number of visitors and whether you need indoor or outdoor units, and you get a complete proposal instead of a follow-up question.

Frequently asked questions
Can we rent a filling station instead of buying one?
Yes, on our event units: Hall Tap, Bar Tap, Mobile Tap, Water Bar and Signing Water Bar, anywhere in Europe. All other models are for purchase, and leasing is available through our leasing partner.
How many filling stations does a conference centre need?
It depends on visitor numbers and layout rather than floor area. Send us the expected attendance and a floor plan and we will advise on placement — normally registration, auditorium exit, break-out corridor and catering.
How is it connected?
To the mains water supply, with integrated drainage. Installation can be done by us, your facilities team or your water company. Technical drawings and installation manuals are available per model.
How long does delivery take?
About 3 to 4 weeks, because every unit is made to order in your chosen finish. Rentals are booked by date, so ask early for peak season.
