How a mobile Water Bar keeps corporate events plastic-bottle-free

A mobile Water Bar is a staffed refill cart that serves still water directly at a corporate event or conference, so guests refill a reusable bottle or cup at the bar instead of being handed a single-use one. The photo above is from a corporate event finished in the client's own brand colours, proof that the cart can be branded to match the event and not just JTP's own black-and-white livery.

Why events switch to a water bar

A one-day conference or product launch can hand out hundreds of single-use bottles at the catering bar alone. A Water Bar removes that stream at the source. It plugs into the venue's water supply, or runs from an onboard tank where there's no connection, so the bar pours refills all day instead of restocking crates of bottled water. The bar itself becomes the plastic-reduction measure, not an afterthought placed next to it.
