Share your dates, venue, expected visitor numbers and branding requirements. We respond with a setup recommendation and quote within 1 business day.

We deliver and set up

We deliver your tap or water bar and branded bottles to the venue and handle the full setup so you don't have to.

Guests fill up at your branded tap and keep a branded reusable bottle. Every pour promotes your event brand and keeps single-use plastic off site.

Hall Tap

€175 / day

Tap station with drip tray, for indoor or outdoor use. Clean, minimal, high-traffic ready.

Bar Tap

€225 / day

Cabinet + backplate tap station. Ideal for event bars, hospitality areas and entrance zones.

Mobile Tap

€225 / day

Fully standalone, no plumbing needed. Battery-powered with a water barrel — place it anywhere on site.

Water Bar

€250 / day

The signature event piece. Fully brandable with magnetic signing panels. Perfect for high-profile events.

How to order

Everything about placing an order, lead times, branding and getting set up at your event.

How do I get a quote or place an order?
Use the quote request form on this page or email sales.nl@jointhepipe.com. Share your event dates, venue, expected visitor numbers and any branding requirements. We respond with a setup recommendation and quote within 1 business day.
What is the minimum order for branded bottles?
The minimum order for custom-branded reusable sugarcane bottles is 100 units. We can also deliver bottles pre-filled with filtered tap water, sealed and best-before dated for 2 years.
How far in advance should I book?
For branded bottles, allow 2–3 weeks from artwork approval for production and delivery. For tap and water-bar rental, we recommend booking as early as possible — popular event dates fill up quickly. Contact us with your dates and we will confirm availability.
Can the tap and bottles both carry our logo?
Yes. Our reusable sugarcane bottles are fully customisable with your logo or artwork from 100 pieces. Taps and water bars can also be branded using our magnetic signing panels — your logo or event name, front and centre at every refill point.
